Confused Hi!
I got CardioFit machine by Lifestyler (from GoodWill).
Can someone tell me about this machine. Is this for cardio trainining machine or what???

can't really see what it does but for cardio nothing beats sprints...try doing 5 sets only going as far as you can hold you absolute top spped...do 1/week with 2 other interval cardio sessions...each week increase the sprints by 1 set untill at 10...by then you should be able run faster and / or further
