is it possible to get 6 pack abs on a bulking up diet?

It is possible but very difficult. You can bulk and cut at the same time but it will take very long and you need to be very precise on everything you do. I would suggest doing one then the other.

ok well i wanna be big but not massive just have muscle on me, what is cutting and how will i go about it?
