- add protein to breaky
- replace tortillas with veg for dinner
- need to add another 1 - 2 meals in too so look at fitgirl's plan for ideas
- you need to start weight training too
- and interval cardio training x 20mins 1min easy than 1min hard |

Breakfast. Ditch PB. it can be a bit Salty and Fatty, and I don't think you need it.
Forget the Jam, I think it's pointless. Yes it's made from Fruit, but potentially with an increased Sugar content.
I'd scramble some Egg whites and a Yolk to have on the Toast.
Lunch is fine, but ditch the Dressing. Those things might be low Fat, but they're still Fat, and it's not a proper food source like Low Fat Cheese or Low Fat Yoghurt is, it's just kind of like liquid garnish, so there's little point to it, except for possibly altering the foods flavour.
Limit Tortillas, to maybe 3 a week, and if you're having the stirfry, then stir in things like baby ears of Corn, Mushrooms, Sliced Pepper, Onion, stuff like that, that frys okay with Flesh sources. Avoid stuff like Broccoli which probably doesn't.
If you do that already, then no problem really, as this method adds Veggies in in a simple way, without having to cook them differently, and seperately to the Flesh source.
Add a meal between meals 1 and 2, and between 2 and 3. This keeps meal spaces lower, stops the body using muscle for energy, and will improve Metabolic health. |
