Somewhere in here I read about not doing cardio at all, and it some benefits or sth? I don't know.
Anyway, my question is...
These days im really tired and exhausted, and cardio seems the last I thing I wanna do.
Is it okay to skip cardio at sometimes? I mean, I'm not going to stop, just skip, or in days like today, where i feel like total shit...
I'd do low intensity, and short period, cause I don't have enough energy in me to do it for long, nor for a moderate intensity, or high intensity.
Or i might just skip...(i dont do that often), only when im really like a dead meat, so? |

- i don't do any but if your food and wts aren't excellent than you should do some or you'll likely gain fat
- instead of cardio try bodyweight circuits...do squats, planks, supine bridge, step ups, push ups, side planks in a circuit for 12 reps or 45 and 25secs for prone and side plank and do the circuit 3 - 5 times w/ 1min rest |

yeah, but isnt that like muscle training?
I dont mind cardio that much, but sometimes, I really feel tha I can't do it.
I didn't skip yest, but i did a moderate level, and for 25 minutes.
Better than nothing! |
