to work out the entire body 3 times a week as i do now or do say 2 muscle every other day like:
monday: chest and arms
wednesday: back and shoulders
friday; legs
or does it not make a difference? |

| thats exactly what im doing now? would i still gain the same effect in gaining muscle rather than just targeting specific areas? |

| untill you've gained at least 20-pds of actual muscle from 1st workout til now, isolating muscles are a waste of time |
