Has anyone heard or tried this? I've been told that it's not a stimulant and that it's all natural. I exercise regularly and eat well, but I just want to get rid of that last little bit of lovehandles. Also, if you stop taking it, does all the fat come back? Thanks!

CLA stands for Conjugated Linoleic Acid. It is naturally found in beef and is safe. It is pretty much a type of fat that helps burn fat and build muscle. I personally didn't find any gains from it however when I was taking CLA I had a recent visit to the hospital for my asthma. So I had to take it easy for a while. Very little exercise with any supplement is not going to work so. If you try it, go with a brand like EAS, they are very well known for good supps. If I see any gains I'll post again!!

Has anyone ever used the product called ShapeFit with CLA? I noticed it for sale on a few other websites and wondered if its any good. I'm not sure if its associated with this site (ShapeFit.com) but would be interested in learning more about it. I used their search tool but couldn't find any information listed about it. Thanks!
