Hi I am and 16 year old male.
Height: 5,11
Weight: 140
BMI (if helps): 19.5
I have always wanted 6 pack abs and I am willing to try hard to obtain them.
I do not have access to a gym at the moment. I eat 3 big meals a day. breakfast lunch and dinner, but when i get hungry i usually eat fruits and vegetables. Is this a good eating life style:?:
I am looking for someone who can give me a routine of exercises's that will give defined abs and obliques, and perhaps a stronger chest. |

abs are made in the kitchen...5 meals a day at least...at least 20g of protein with each one..6 meals is better and 7 better than that...make them all moderate sized and no more big meals...don't miss meals
for training read "your body is a barbell" in reference section |
