IM 14 AND 200 POUNDS I NEED A EXCERSIZE PLAN BUT I ONLY HAVE DUMBELLS WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR EXCERSIZE LIKE SIT UPS AND ALL THAT AND HOW MUCH SHOULD A 14 YEAR OLD WEIGH Sad

go to refernce section and read "your body is a barbell" and do that...no wts yet you need genral conditioning first

I know what it said, but if you "weigh" 200 lb's, that means your "weight" is 200lb's. It's just a different way of saying it.

So when I said your "weight" should be about half that, that's what I meant. I could have said you should probably "weigh" about half that, but I just said that differently instead.

I don't need to re-read anything, you just need to re-evaluate your understanding of language.
