Hi I am not really ripped to the core but i Just spent 800 dollars on a nutritionist a personal trainer so I hope I am on my way! But my results showed that if I weighed 119lbs I would be at a 19% body weight (if i didnt loose any muscle) that weight seems so high, in college i weighed 100lbs. I am currently 150lbs and 5'3 at 32% body fat. So I would like some fit chicks to tell me how much they weight and their body fat percent! PLEASE!

here's what i just worked out.....

now:
wt - 150pds
fat wt - 48.31pds
water wt (not inlcuded but i estimated it at 55% of bodyweight) - 82.5pds
muscle wt - 19.18

aim:
wt - 119pds (-31)
fat - 22.61pds @ 19% (-26.15)
water wt (aim should be to get at least 60% of bodyweight) - 71.4 (-11.1)
muscle - 25pds

looking at this you'll need to lose 31 total pds with 22.61 of that being actual fat, 11.1 being fluid that you may be retaining although you need to increase your actual hydration and water levels and muscle needs to a 5.82pd increase

i'm male so i'm not sure what you're actually looking for but give that to your nutritionist and trainer and see what they can do for you...basically get to a point that YOU'RE happy with regardless of what the numbers say

I have no idea how old you are. So it could be difficult. For the average female at 5'3'' medically a good weight is anywhwere from 107 - 141 lbs depending on lifestyle, age etc. And a BMI index of 19-25. You are probably a 26 maybe 27. Which isn't bad at all! 100 seems extremly tiny to me. Are you looking just to lose weight? Or build muscle? Or both. More info needed here ^_^

Anyways. I am 5'6 at about 140lbs. And up to 11.5% body fat. I had it down to about 10 and didn't like it. My current BMI is 19.1. It was a little under that so I put back on a little. I really think its personally preference it appearance. I currently love the way I look. For some people my current weight would be over what they want and some under. Your choice really.

Very true. I actually argued that in one of my med classes in college and was told to shut up by a professor. I honestly think they need a new system. But hey, what do college kids know lol.
