Hello I need a help for making a weightlifting program I am a basketball player (I am a girl) I want to make more muscles and get stronger 'cause I had a shoulder injury but I don't know exactly what program I have to follow so I can get stronger could u help me please and give me some advice  |

| 1st of all go to referecne section and read "get your butt in gear" which will be your 1st focus and let me know how you go with it |
