It really is mind over body..it's so hard because sometimes I make excuses like, "oh just this once" or "it'll be a treat" and on and on
for me it's the biggest challenge |

Another thing I was thinking of is that success is very motivating. Setting a goal and reaching it is addicting. People who set onje goal and reach it tend to set another, then another. For example, if someone sets a goal of losing 20 pounds, once they've lost it they may set a goal to do a triathalon, or build muscle, etc. I'm a long distance runner, and I always have a goal to improve myself and my running in some way or another. Keeps me fit and focused!

My diet isnt as clean as it should be and thats one of the things I am working on right now. However, I stay motivated by looking in the mirror....I know if I dont work out, these thighs will be staring back at me
I also stay motivated by watching all the obesity programmes on Discovery Health and TLC. My major goal right now is to get back my 2001 butt! |
