anythin new havent had time to get on in a while hows everyone doin?
I have a slight concern my traps got to big they dnt look verry good they arent verry proportional to my arms, it looks funny any way to fix this? |

| not much really...this is the problem with tyraining traps too much, once they got big they won't reallty shrink back to normal size such as other muscles |

yes i kno that sux i should have listened but thats what i get
i tried to upload pics to my comp but its bein retarted ima buy a new one this weekend so ill put some up also some before and afters  |
