| ok so i need your advice on the best way to show off a 6 pack and make them hard n toned..i heard people say doing situps and cruches wont help.Im 16 140lbs and im 5'10".I do 100 wen i work out in the day n 100 b4 i go to bed.Im doin 10 more each week and i really should run too.any tips? |

Quality not quantity.
You'd probably do better doing 50 solid Abs sets in a workout, rather than 2 sets of 100 split in the day. |

| food needs to be planned...veg, salad, protein and fruit only...drink water only...now get to it |
