|
|
Hello friends,
I am a guy from a middle class, I can't afford to spend much money on a gym and also I can't spend much time on going and coming back from gym due to my busy schedule with studies and work, but I am very much health concious and want o build lean muscles.
My age is 27, weight is 70 kgs, height 5.7" and waist is 32.
My question here is,
* is it necessary to join a gym to get a better body in shape ?
* are there any good exercises which I can do at home, by just buying some dumbells, doing jogging ? can I have a good exercise regime at home itself, that way I can save both time and money ? please advise.
* what should be my diet plan ?
Thanks & Regards, |

What's your diet like? Meals? Times?
Do you have anything else part from Dumbbells, is it just one pair or more than one. |

well, I persue my advanced studies in accountnacy and work with a company also in a night shift....
My diet/daily routine is something like this...
4.30 am - 10.30 am : sleep
11:30 am : breakfast ( oatmeal, one glass skim milk)
12:00 pm - 2.00 pm : studies
2.30 pm : lunch (wheat chappaties, curd, vegetables)
3.00 pm - 3.30 pm : sleep
3.30 pm - 4.30 pm : (THIS TIME I CAN SPARE FOR WORKOUT'/EXERCISE AT HOME)
6.00 pm - 3.30 am : work at office
at work i have the following food
6:00 pm : food ( 3 boiled eggs and fruit juice)
10:00 pm : Dinner ( wheat chappaties, a peice of chicken)
2:00 am : food (3 boiled eggs fruit juice)
My work shift ends at 3.30, I reach at home at 4.15 am and go to sleep at 4.30 am again : )
I just have a pair of dumbells, but if you suggest me any other necessary economic equipment, I can buy it. |

11:30 am : breakfast ( oatmeal, one glass skim milk) (I'd have something else here for protein, like 3-4 scrambled Egg Whites and a Yolk.)
12:00 pm - 2.00 pm : studies
2.30 pm : lunch (wheat chappaties, curd, vegetables) (I'd be worried about the Chappaties. Wheat is a high GI source, and you might get an unnecessary Bloodsugar response here.)
6:00 pm : food ( 3 boiled eggs and fruit juice) (Needs changing. Fruit Juice is not that bad, but 3 whole Eggs, is asking for trouble, with all the Yok Cholesterol. If you want some Dairy instead, have something like Low Fat Cheese, usually has a 50/50 split of Saturate to Unsaturate Fat content, and is good for Protein, or One Egg, and some Sliced Turkey or Chicken perhaps.)
10:00 pm : Dinner ( wheat chappaties, a peice of chicken) (Again worried about Chappaties, perhaps have one, and sub some of the lost Wheat for a Veggie instead)
2:00 am : food (3 boiled eggs fruit juice) (Same deal as before, check what I wrote above about this.)

The pair of dumbbells might be enough, but ideally, you might be as wise to buy some cheap stuff, like 1-2 Rubber Bands or Tubes, pehaps a small Medicine Ball, just for a bit of variation. |

As I told you, I am a new to exercises, what are the rubber band/tubes and medicine balls and what exercises can i do with them and how to do them? I would really appreciate if you can guide me on this.
Also I would like to know, if you can guide me on how to exercise, as in,
* how many minutes/hour per day and how many days per week should I exercise ?
* what sort of exercise combinations should I have ?
* What is good, jogging or walking ?
* will I be able to do exercises for the growth of all body parts, like biceps, chest, thighs, legs, arms, triceps ? |
