Hi.....Many times I come across a whole list of exercises, for eg. say for biceps. There are 8 or 9 diff exercises for biceps. My question is, should I perform ALL of these exercises or pick 2 or 3 and stick to them. For me, I normally do upper body 2-3 times a week so should I incorporate ALL biceps exercise and vary them on different days of my upper body workout?
Finally, can anyone give me feed back on my weekly routine please?
Monday - 20 H.I.I.T + abs rountine
Tuesday - uppder body (triceps, biceps, chest, shoulders, back)
Wednesday - 20 H.I.I.T + abs rountine
Thursday - Full body
Friday - 20 H.I.I.T + abs rountine
Saturday - Lower body
Sunday - REST
* every tue and sat would alternate between lower body and upper body workouts.
Thnx. |

- 1 exercise per major muscle (quads, hams, mid back, chest, upper back, delts, tri's and bi's) is enough...do 3 sets for first 5 muscles than 2 sets for the rest...choose different exercise for each of your 3 workouts though and rotate through
- why not just 3 full body workouts?? still a good way to go what your doing though

Thanks. Yeah, I did think about doing full body 3x a week however, I am faced with limited time (45 mins max).
Thanks for the tips. Much appreciated. |

| full body routines are always quicker than splits anyway...choose 5 compound exercises for 3 x 10 or something and your off...45mins max it should take you |
