Hey guys, I've been working out for about a year now. I've got two problems. 1 being, I have chest fat, it's really embarrassing because yes I do have a bit of stomach fat, but you can barely see it when I wear a T-shirt. My chest on the other hand you can see and it doesn't look too good. My Second problem intertwines with this one. I would like to gain muscle mass and weight in general. But the problem is If I do gain weight, Eat more. I'm afraid my chest may get bigger. I try running But i only see a difference in my stomach. I do have a workout routine. And when I do workout my chest I do feel the soreness. Infact my upper chest looks like it's getting bigger, Not in a bad way either. it's just the middle and lower part....So basically my question is. If I Do gain more weight is there anyway I can keep the fat off my chest? I'm 17 And I weight about 135lbs.

nice motely crue reference...you may have high estrogen levels (female testosterone)...i would go get a full hormonal check up if you can...basically though it's just fat so can be lost but it is a hard place to oose from for some males...you'll lose the fat from diet more so than exercise...you'll build muscle there for sure but the fat will stay if not made to leave...what's you diet like?...a basic plan is 3 meals of protein and fruit and then 3 meals of protein and veg...if you have an extra meal make it a protein and veg one...can have salad with any emal also and lots and lots of water

everybody will lose at different rates but the fact that you're only 175pds and have man boobs will tell me that it will be the last spot you'll lose from and the first spot you'll gain from...you might not have finished growing yet either which could make them go quickly once you fill out
