Hi,
i have jus recently started boxing and have purchased a protein shake to help lose weight and tone up.
I am currently taking it as a replacement of breakfast as i dont usually have breakfast anyway so its gotta b a plus. I also have a shake after my boxing training.
the only dilemma i have is that usually after boxing when i get home dinner is ready so i gotta eat and have the shake. is that bad or wrong ? should i have it at a different time? on the label it says have the shake within 45min of a workout and this is usually during my dinner time.
What should i do ?
thanks |

| for starters breaky should be the biggest meal of the day so get that in order...try and make it solid food if yopu can...take your shake to boxing anf have it as soon as your gloves come off then have dinner as normal and you're set..remember breaky |

WHy not have the shake right after your workout and have a light dinner later, such as lean meat and a fiberous veggie?
