I am 25 and I had my second child 10 mos. ago. I have large breasts and would like to reduce them without surgery. I can only do my workouts at home, so please suggest something I can do there. I would like for surgery to be a last resort, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Nicole |

Probably the best way to reduce Breast size, is to slowly reduce Fat %.
Mammary areas are mostly Fat, and obviously some Tissues, Glands etc etc.
So however your body fat became, just get yourself on some kind of programme with Cardio and / or Weights, and just watch the diet. |
