|
|
| I've heard different opinions like, taking Creatine around a hour before your workout will help you through your workout, but I've heard crap about it being better to take it after...So which one should I do, or should I just try both and see which one works? |

1. Take it after.
2. Take half before half after.
Try one and see what happens, if you're not convinced try the other method, but give one method at least a week to assess it's benefits. |

Hello,
Take the powder about 1 hour before your workout, It can take about 1 hour for the creatine to be absorbed into the bloodstream - and from that point you have about 1.5 hours to use the creatine or lose it..
May I know which type of protein you used, You can try www.bayho.com for buying good quality and standardized products or supplements.
Enjoy!!
