| So i've been working my abs for quite some time and I noticed I'm starting to get the V line. What are some excerises that work on this? |

Work Obliques without weight if you do. There's no point in thickening them up with weights, as most of your muscle stability in the centre of your body comes from things like Abs, Lats, Iliocostals and Erector Spinae.
You don't need really chunky Obliques in my opinion.. |

| I have a severe v-lin and found that doing leg lifts is the best. Either hanging leg raises or the roman chair is the best! |

So did I. A bit too much bikini work in there I felt. Though you are classed as a bikini model. Nothing meant by that comment.
I will say that one or two may be edging towards a fine line, but that's just a polite observation, not a criticism, so please don't misinterpret anything into that, I'm not trying to be controversial. |

| To show most Bones yes, although some are less preferable as showy bones. I mean a bit of Rib is okay, but something like a very evident Scaupla for example, is evidence of bad health. |

Hey boss man...I respect your opinin, however fitness modeling is extreme! It's super sexy and fit women showing off their hard work. Some pics can be seen as classy and others as pretty rude, however there isn't a picture on my site that isn't classy in my book!
The v-cut is NOT a bone either. It is muscle, trust me! It's the outer oblique muscle forming in the lower abs that you're seeing. Mine is pretty prominent because of the exercises I do. |

I appreciate your stance Sarah. I can also say, your work is not what I would call close to the bone, bare knuckle, or on the edge.
I mean like I say, one or two edged towards a fine line, but in general, I like the fact you're keeping things within good boundaries, (if that's not sounding snobby), and to be honest, with bikini shots, I appreciate it's very hard to do it, without potentially getting panned by some people, although such people could be creating a false argument, about not being photographed that way, but then does that mean you shouldn't swim or go on a beach like that?
So I understand the nature of such work can be sometimes controversial, and for me, I'm a mix of old and new in my ways. I'm very liberal in my thoughts, I don't subscribe to intolerant views about sections of society.
I might occasionally question certain social tastes / trends, but generally I'm not against most peoples attitudes, so long as they are lawful people.
However where women are concerned, I'm older in my tastes, by that I mean, I'm not someone that finds top shelf publications appealing. I wouldn't watch "certain" films, and if I thought a person who is in your sporting circle or genre, was taking their physical hard work, and cheapening it with their photographic / film work, I wouldn't think much of that.
I don't think you've crossed any boundaries, and I admire your hard work and your look, and I think you should be proud of what you've created. Your body is very artistic, and your looks compliment the whole artistic appearance, and I know it takes months of tough graft to make a body like that, so kudos is given, and a lot of respect too .
So I'm glad you didn't read anything negative into what I said. I certainly don't want to come across, as if I think like someone from the 1920's, and am very prudish, as that's not me, but I will say the more recent shots of you looking sporty, really show of your hard work a bit better, to me anyway, and that's nothing meant against your bikini work.
I just respect you enough to be politely honest, and you've really tried to fit in here, and in all honesty, I like your personality, what you bring to this community, and what you add / have to offer, so I'm honestly happy to have you around, and if I ever say anything that looks a little negative, that's just me.
It certainly wouldn't be to offend, upset, hurt, or criticise someome like you, but to just be politely honest, and treat you like a proper woman, not some teenage airhead.
So thank you again, for honesty and for your cordial attitude. I appreciate it, and we're all here to get along after all, and I know I would never have any serious issues, (if I had any at all), with you, so it is good to have you here, and please do stick around, as your input is very valid, and I appreciate what you have to contribute . |
