There no reason not to. If you get cramps or get tired more easily then just don't push yourself as hard.

But other than that no reason to stop.

Just do it. Unless you feel a negative reaction, go for it. Though I can't see why you would get one particularly.

LOL that's 'cause you don't get them! (I am assuming)
Some days you just gotta slow it down or wait until tomorrow, or bite the head off someone so you feel better.

Well I certainly wasn't trying to out woman a woman, on this subject Diana Wink of course your experience counts for a lot, (not to sound patronisning), but I suppose such is the complexity of the human individual, there may be acceptions to the rule, you perhaps not being one of them.

Better to cover that possible tiny percenatge of women in the answer, incase if that's possible, she is one of them.

Though of course I will always bow down to your experience of feminine matters, as I know yours will be greater than mine could ever be.

Plus I wouldn't want you biting my head off, or perhaps a piece of man booty Wink

Yup, keep up with it! If you are having an especially bad cramp day you can always make that day a rest day and switch your schedule around. Otherwise, kick butt like normal!!

Sure do!! On those days I will just go for a leisurely walk. If I work out any harder than that I'm out of it for at least 3 days. But walking seems to help keep me on track although it doesn't relieve the headache. Sad

Have you tried dandelion (leaves and roots)? You can get supplements at any health food store. Dandelion leaves act as a diuretic, so you won't feel as bloated and achy. Also, try a mild form of cardio like walking or using a recumbant bike. Only you know what your body can handle. If you feel worse when doing a certain exercise, stop and try something else.
