I have the basic weights (bench press, dumbells, etc.) and I already do bench press and dumbell press for chest, but what else can i do for chest exercises? Also i do do bent over rows for back, but obviously thats not enough. What are some other things i can do for these areas?
Thanks

if your increasing wt to the bar each week which you should be than the exercises don't need to be changed...for base strength/foundation work these exercises are the best one's so any others would not be as effective...DB Rows for back is another good one and try and get yourself a chin up bar

The only things I'd say you could do, if you ever wanted an occasional change, might be Pec Deck, or Stiff Arm Pullovers.

There are tons you can do and variety is very good for the body. If your bench inclines and declines you can try them that way. Dumbbell flyes and pullovers are great. You can also do pushups and dips. Bent over rows can be done both underhand and overhand. Also, you can do them lying face down on your bench with the barbell under the bench.
