you probably need to activate your glutes first before trying to increase their size
search "get your butt in gear" and read |

You sure can build up some glute muscle. Heavy, compound movements. Don't waste time on the butt blaster or doing glute isoaltion. Learn how to do squats and deadlifts with good form. Those are the best 2 exercises for building up muscle in the butt. Lunges and good mornings are also good.
Good luck! |

| 25 reps broken up how you like (5 x 5, 3 x 8 etc) twice a week with 3 - 4 days rest in between should be suffice but couple with deadlifts, lunges etc too |

| Yeah, don't do them daily. 3 times a week max. Make sure your reps aren't over 10. If you can go over 10 try increasing the weight you use. |

are you a man or a woman? I'm surprised no one has asked that yet.
Are you looking for a tight butt with little fat? Or are you looking for a nice round fat butt that jiggles? Or is it somewhere in between?
I think dieting plays a key factor here as well. |

| Probably because, most people who ask this kind of question are female, in my experience anyway. |

Baggy pants and sticking out your butt can be deceiving...
Lunges, squats, 1 leg deads, ham/glute bridges.
good luck
