yes crunches are rubbish, i have no doubt about that...anyone who says otherwise is probably 20yrs behind in the feild...
search the exercises above and insert into your program and i'll bet you'll see some result in 2 weeks if diet is clean
maybe post current program and io can insert them for you...and food as well |
