| Protein and other dietary supplements are good to use for bodybuilding professionals. I myself use one. I believe in consuming only standardized products, which come from a reliable source. You should take supplements that have been demonstrated to be safe, both in quantity and quality. Some vitamins are essential in small quantities but dangerous in large quantities, notably Vitamin A. I hope this would be helpful to you. |
