I have been using instant whey for a while now and find it good value for money; great mixing and taste but a little harsh on the stomach.

Now; I see Reflex has many different products (like most others) I am wondering if anyone has A) Been on any of Reflex's products or B) Has any clue as to what is the difference between them; for example Quattro etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
