that's what I am doing, I am waiting until next January to see how it goes. I am not eating under 2600 cals, eating mainly fish and chicken and turkey and only carbs I take are from breakfast. then I will see..
so looking at the food I eat daily what do you recommend me to do with my diet since you are saying it's not fully right? thanks. |

this is from the very 1st page of this thread
actually to save me time do this exactly how it's written doing whatever you need to get it right (prepare, take food with you etc)
1 - banana, oatmeal
2 - apple, eggs, almonds, veg
3 - pear, tuna, salad, veg
4 - chicken breast, salad, veg
5 - fish, salad, veg
train
6 - protein shake or if not some chocolate milk
7 - turkey sandwich, veg, salad
8 - steak, salad, veg
something like this
NOTE - MEALS 6 AND 7 WILL ALWAYS BE HAD AFTER TRAINING NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU DO IT SO PUSH OTHER MEALS FORWARDS / BACKWARDS AS REQUIRED |

I added roughly those up and they add up to 2700-3000 cals so that's not a defecit for me no? |

i wouldn't think it would be that high...i added up 1700 ish but very rough estimates depending on portions you'd have more and less in spots so you'd easily be under but at least your eating more frequently so it will be easier to add cal's if needed which it probablt will be
have a week on this and see if it's filling enough or not...the frequennt meals should have you energised at least anyway |
