Breakfast at 9:30 1/2- 1 cup of oatmeal w/ splenda (I'd pitch the Splenda. It's probably got quite a few calories you don't need).
Lunch at 12 Turkey or chicken (Need some Carbs here)
Mid Afternoon at 2 Fruit or Yogurt (I'd be inclined to drop Fruit, and have a different kind of Carb source here with Yoghurt)
Dinner at 5:30 Chicken and a Ton of Veggy with a glass of milk (Fine)
6:30 i take a brisk walk for 50 minutes

Coule have something else around 8-8:30

- ae out friut
- add friut and veg to lunch meal
- try for a more solid protein for mid afternoon snack like tuna and add veggies regardless and take friut out
- probably don't need milk at dinner
- you'll need some more protein and veg before bed sometime or your going more than 12 hrs without feeding, not great
- try free wts within your program too

Splenda has no calories.

Do you know how many calories you are eating? I cant tell for sure, but that looks really low.

Your meals in my opinion should be more balanced. Some good carbs, lean protein and good fats makes for a balanced meal that will keep you full and keep your body burning fat, as long as your portions are small.

Your diet looks frighteningly low in fat, unless milk is whole milk. Good fats though, are almost non existent, and we need these for our bodies to function. Adding in some olive oil, or dry roasted nuts, or avocado is very important.

Please let me know if I can help more.
