It's like a benchpress bench except it can go incline or decline, and i have dumbbells.

Well, I guess the obvious is flat/incline/decline presses (barbell or dumb bell), flat/incline/decline flys, chest supported rows(incline), manual ham/glute raises (incline), decline crunches (if you can hook your feet into something at the top), leg lifts (flat), seated curls, seated shoulder presses (although I prefer standing)....

How about Push up variations using the Bench.

Use it with your feet on the ground and spread your hands at different widths, or use it with your feet on the bench and the ground for your hands .

How about a Single Dumbbell Overhead Bulgarian Split Squat?

or 2 db overhead squats with one overhead ond one down at sides with 50% more wt than the db overhead

Those are harder than they look, even with light weight.
