time to change my routine. going to try the waterbury method. ok on day 1, are b1 and b2 superset pairing? is that what a1,a2, b1, b2 means??

yes they are pairings with rest in between them which will be prescribed in the program
e.g.
A1 - Squats
rest 90secs
A2 - DB Row
rest 90 secs
x cycles prescribed
all A exercises / pairings are to be completed before the B and so on |

| coming to the end of the wm. should i find a new one or repeat by finding a new 1rm? i must say im very happy with the results of this program. short and to the point. |

| try anti bodybuilding program by chad waterbury again...same prinicples but 4/ week...if you want try another 3/week program than try bad boy basics (or big boy basics) also by chad |

| sob is aloso good, i couldn't think of the others...there's also a ttt program too (total triple training or something???)...whatever fits your schedule best...the cardio portions aren't that important, he justs adds them in for balance in in case your storing a little extra fat as most tend to overeat when trying to build muscle |
