I would like to know the side effects of this dietary supplement. I have been taking it (1000 mg / day) an hour before I work out. It makes the training more intense, I can stay very focused and results come very fast. It increases athletic performance (as I have read and also became aware of from my own experience), but I have also noticed an increase of my agressive side (not very exagerated but sometimes I throw tantrums without being able to stop myself) and it only happens during the times when I take it.
I have also read it increases the amount of growth hormone in your body and I want to know the side effects of that. [/b] |

| I'd say don't use it. If it's causing you side like aggression you can't control, it's not worth it. |
