|
|
Hey There, I recently joined a triathlon club and started running again after a few years off. I used to run pretty much every day around 2004-2006, and NEVER recall this happening to me, but as of late, every time I run, my teeth get really sensitive and start to hurt. It's really weird! I do cycling classes, the precor, and weight train on a regular basis, and nothing else at the gym causes this odd reaction. My lungs also hurt a little bit, as if the air is too cold for my lungs to process, but I'm inside the gym on a treadmill watching tv, not suffering in the bitter cold.
I'd figure the cause for the lung soreness would be if I was just starting out and my body wasn't used to it, but not the case.
Has anyone ever heard of/experienced this? If so, are there any remedies? I'd love to hear them!
Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance |

| Your teeth hurt? Maybe the running motion jolts your teeth? Or maybe you have a dodgy tooth thats causing the others to hurt while you run? |

| The lung pain probably is because you just started back. The teeth though, I think is a dental problem you may want to have checked. That's not a normal problem when running. |
