My Diet plan :
Morning :
6 Egg whites
1/2 cup of oatmeal wid low fat milk ( no sugar)
Coffee
(Seems fine)
Mid- Morning :
A hand full of Almonds
Whey protein Shake
(Seems fine)
Lunch :
meat/chicken/fish
vitamin C
(Carbs with your Flesh source, and don't go for Cereal, I'd go for some Veggie source or possibly a small portion of Rice)
Mid lunch:
2 wheatabix
(If this is your Lunch Carbs do the above, and change these)
Pre workout :
Animal Pak
coffee
(screw the Coffee pre-workout, people don't need Heart stimulants to train with. I might not Bench 350lb's but I do weights about as intensely as I can handle with failure sets, and 6-10 rep ranges, on almost all things, and I'm not rakish at all.
Take the Animal Pak afterwards, and feed your tired body with the Nutrients, instad of possibly using some of them up during exercise, and not getting the best out of them.)
Post Workout :
5 grams of Glutamine
Whey protein
(Fine, but with your Multivit)
Dinner :
fish/chicken/meat
green tea
(Carbs? Add some Veggies, and occasionally some small Rice portions are fine)
Before bed :
Whey protein
5 grams glutamine
(This is fine)

The extra Carbs allocated to you are better. You need them. Low Carb is for people who compete. You need more Carbs. Build a bit more muscle, and improve Metabolism, and you'll burn Fat better.
Question. Why are you looking to cut at 150 lbs? I don't see the point. You'll just look a bit rakish, and possibly get bad comments about having a supposed weight issue, or looking unhealthy. Your diet, with the extra Carbs, would help you to bulk, and with your choices, not with a load of Fat, so you'll be better able ot bulk leanly, then perhaps cut when you're more massed. |
