I do this Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
Warm up with 10-15 mins on Treadmill or Rowing Machine.
3 sets of each with 10 reps.
Hammer Curls
Tricep Dips
seated flyes
seated rows
100 sit-ups
On Tuesday i do Circuit Training and on Friday i work my legs and do some more cardio.
How does this look? |

I dont do the weights 6 days a week.
I do upper body 3 times a week and lower twice a week on the other days. Im also incorporating cardio in to all my workouts and circuit training once a week |

| thats still a bit much, you want to do an upper/lower body split for 4 days, the other 2 to rest. or a full body workout for 3 days. |
