|
|
One of the exercises I do for my biceps is on this machine that is almost like a resistance machine but I wouldn't call it that.
It has two poles on the side that you can move high and low depending on what exercise you are doing. It has handles.
For some reason whenever I am doing curls on this machine, I get a weird pain in my shoulder. It only occurs whenever I do this exercise on this machine, and never after I use it just when I am using it.
I already do chin-ups and 4 different dumbell curls.
Any other alternate exercises? |

| I understand that chin-ups are the best bicep exercise but my even after doing all those exercises for my biceps, I am still not sore on my shoulders or biceps at all. |

| not being sore does not mean your not working them. Change up your grip to focus on your biceps or add weight to yourself. |

| My gym doesn't have anything to add weight to yourself. |

grips:
supinated - palms facing you / regular chin ups
pronated - palms facing away from you / regular pull ups
mixed grip - 1 hand supinated and the other pronated
hook grip - in the corner of a power rack or something hook your hands over the top like you're imitating a tea pot
all you need is a regular belt and a small chain with a clip...but one if you need one...
don't want to be a sceptic but i bet you're not going all the way down and all the way up, no kipping from your legs either |

| Trust me swanso, I did them in front of my recruiter. I also did 120 pushups in front of my recruiter. I think I am VERY good at moving my bodyweight. |

there should be a belt you can hang weight from...if not thats a very poor gym
also hammer curls instead of a billion different bicept exercises...you're overworking them man
heavy hammer curls |
