| Go with water. Milk could thicken it up, possibly slowing down absorption a bit, expecially as you're then whacking some Casein in there, at 8 cals per gram, (Milk is 70% Casein 30% Whey), so that will slow digest, and it might be better digestion wise, to stick to one type of Protein, rather than two, as the faster you absorb it PWO, the better. |
