I currently am lookin to change my workout plan. I've read so many places that there are certain exercises that are better for your muscles than others....can anyone tell me which exercises would be the best for my body and which ones will give me the best definition from head to toe???? My biceps and triceps especially look big but all i want is definition.

Compound movements are always a good one.

Things like Deadlifts, Squats, Cleans, Bent Over BB rows, Reverse Curls etc etc.

Definition depends on things like diet not necessarily training.

Not to sound rude but,
cardio:
Skateboard (This will probably have little impact on Cardiovascular ability of fat reductions for "defining")

eat right for YOUR body (A bit vague, but I like the sentiment, as often too many people choose diet changes that aren't necessarily right, especially guys who like to lift hard weights, but have a short history, thinking 180lb+ guys eat 3,500+ cals, so they should too, even though they've not even trained for 6 months, and don't need such high cals.)
Again, nothing bad meant by this. It's good to have you around Smile.
