Dear All,
Need some help. My tummy is rather bulging coz of all the feasting during christmas and chinese new year. I used to have a flatter tummy.
Been doing ab crunches on the medicine ball, but doesn't seem to be seeing results. Any advise?
Thank you. |

Dear swanso5,
What would be considered as solid protein? I do drink a lot of water.
But I feel stiff at my waist area, though I measured that I've lost inches.
But the bulging tummy is really annoying me. Makes me feel very fat. |

solid proteins,
Means something that isn't liquid in fact and not a grano/protein bar ...
Ex :
Chicken
Oyster
Turkey
Meat
Eggs
fish
etc. |
