Swanso, do you have a set/rep reccomendation for this routine?
Also, I've never heard of the "scarecrow" exercises. I found one variation, do you have a link that would show me the various ways of doing these shoulder exercises? |

i like this set up:
focus exercise - 6 x 4
2nd / 3rd exercises paired together for 4 x 8
4th / 5th exercises paired together for 3 x 12
you need to choose the right exercises for the right day so you wouldn;t do deadlifts for sets of 12 nor would you do chest supported rows for the main focus so position them properly
any upper back/scarecrow/face pull variation will do, pop them in youtube |
