Deadlifts

290lbs, 10x3

BB Bench

255lbs, 5x5, I was able to push through this because I saw a kid that used to make fun of me when I was fat and now he is just a skinny bastard doing bench and curls.

DB Rows

110lbs, 4x6,6,6,7, they don't have heavier dumbells.

Chins

37.5lbs, 4x6

Lockouts

290lbs, 3x12

I do that both arms at the same time right? Lets just say a client could do what I do on the dumbell rows with great form, what would you say that client should do with chest supported rows 4x6?

have a try and find out...if both at the same time is too easy then alternate to increase time under tension

Squats

315lbs, 10x3

Dips

122.5lbs, 4x5, 1x4, I couldn't get in the last rep.

Pull Ups

37.5lbs, 4x6

BB Rows

135lbs, 3x12

Military Press

120lbs, 3x12,12,7, I don't know what the hell happened but I just couldn't do it anymore.

I was a little tired because I had graduation last night and was up until 5 A.M. and slept until 9:30.

I think I have low test levels because I just don't get competitive at things I should be competitive at. The only thing I get competitive at is weightlifting.

I'm leaving for Puerto Rico tomorrow and I will try to keep a log because my friend is a late sleeper and I'm not and he said he will make me a login on his computer so I guess I could log whatever I did on his weight bench. Weights are limited.

Don'T worry, you surely don't have a low test level ...

Mood can go up and down. Rest well during you trip and you won't worry anymore about test.

Well I leave today so I'm not doing any activity today. I will log the light lifting that I do there on her.
