| hold as long as you can and increase each week....once you get to a minute increase the plate thickness, not neccesarily the wt and go again...3 sets should do i;d say |

That said, really nice squat ! But, video or it didn't happen lol are you pass parallel ? |

| Not passed but I do go parallel. I did 9 the first two times because I thought I wouldn't be able to hit 12. |

| parrallel is actually a little furthe than it looks, about 110 degress where the hips are equal with the top of the knee in the bottom position |

that why I was saying pass parallel, I've met my competitions director witch is an judges at the same time and he explain me this ... If you want your squat too count you need to go "pass parallel" like you said about 110 degree . (to reach real // )
With a shoulder stance squat it's easier to go deeper, I feel like doing a jump. |

Okay so your not sprinting to keep all the cals too build up muscle and be at 100% on next workout, great but why 30 mins easy.
At least sprinting promotes GH and test release ...
Your choice, but instead I would personally take that day totally off. |

Burning fat will trying to "get big" is almost impossible,
Sprinting won't make you loose muscles, not enough calories or lack of high intensity will.
@T-nation article I would like to read it. Because look at sprinters, what they looks like, are they looking like loosing muscles ? |
