Okay today was a pretty good lifting day considering it was the first day I lifted with perfect form.
Deadlifts
275lbs, 10x3, first time I had done these perfect.
Bench Press
240lbs, 5x5, I was really impressed with myself here I did not think I could bench this much.
DB Rows
100lbs, 4x6, These were good I'm going to up it to 110lbs next week.
Lockouts
245lbs, 3x11,12,12, for some reason my body would not let me go up for the 12 rep on the first set.
Chins
BW+25lbs, 4x6
Today was a good day, I weighed in at 192lbs and I look better than I ever have before but you know what irks me? The fact then when my nipples are puffy I like like I have some flab to lose on my pecs but when they are hard I look like I have really good pecs. I'm thinking maybe because I used to be fat they are still puffy but who knows if any of you know a cure I would appreciate it. |

| Like I was using my quads more, I would get the weight off the ground using only my back then I would use my legs to push through it. |

| well unless you need it for sport, there's no real need to train for it...besides you can't run fast for distance if tyou can;t fast in the first placed which where sprints come in |

My legs have not been this sore in a while, I love pushing through pain though.

| well don;t go overboard, you want tour legs fresh for deads/squat days...sprinting is very CNS intensive stuff...10 at the most, you only want a metabolism boost |

You really count seconds ?
Personally I sprint my 50M walk back to starting point and sprint again. |
