What are your opinions on this? It seems like some people have had good results on it.

back when i didn't know what i do know i did it...it was hard and made me sore as hell..in actual fact my first proper leg workout was this...silly move
now that i'm smart i wouldn't do that exact program again as it's too imbalanced (ext rot vs int rot etc)
chrsitian thibadue did a little modifacation to it and someone else did one whose name escapes me now which was better in my mind...basically you just need to change some exercises up i suppose and do each for 5 sets instead of 10 sets
there's better programs i think |

cycling volume/intensity, that's all lol
You should maybe do this when reaching an tough plateau but either way stick to something else |
