|
|
-i am on the 4th week of TBT. The progress i've been making is much much slower than what i experienced with "the Waterbury method". I am able to increase by 1-4 reps total per exercise but not increase the weight each week or two. The mass gains follow the same pattern. Slower progress, less than 1 pound/week. Chad recommends 4 compounds + 2 isos but i read on the forum (where he is answering questions) that 5 compounds are better if u can handle them. Personally i can't,,,,after 5 compounds i quit the last exercise (the iso one).
-The only exercise i am unable to increase is the Bb press, but i think this is mostly because of my fear i might get collapsed by the bar [wrong expression here ] (i've read the topic about it in this forum so i will try to turn it around).,
-I've been working out in the morning now. No real difference in energy levels than when i used to work out at 10 p.m.
Now i work out 2h after waking up and having breakfast which is either fruit n pasta or fruit and wholewheat, high fibre, low sugar cereal. If milk is the problem, then how can i eat this kind of cerial?, it's like oatmeal. I don't have a problem with the taste of oatmeal but it is too dry to take it without milk.
Suggestion, comments etc. Thank you. |

- you must nothave started with the right wt on week 1 if you can't increase it or your wt increases are too much
- just do 5 compounds and no iso
- eat more and recover better
- you'll only get trapped once...have a brother or sister spot you, they won't have to much
- fruit and cereal, not pasta...milk is fine |
