hi everybody,
my name is Ahmed and I have just deiced to get my body in shape.
I have never been in gym before seriously (I went couple of times but it wasn't serious) and I need you help to put an exercising plan.
I tried to but one for myself but I'm not sure if it's fit with my level
here it is

Sat: chest, back, abs and triceps
Sun: biceps and shoulders
Mon: lower body
Tus: chest, back, abs and triceps
Wen: biceps and shoulders
rest
rest

and for the exercises I choose some form our wonderful website shapefit.com :
for Sat. and Tus.
Machine Bench Press, Reverse Grip Pulldowns, Kneeling Cable Concentration Extensions, Seated Overhead Barbell Extensions and some crunches for abs
for Sun. and Wen.
Dumbbell Wrist Flippers, Smith Machine Shrugs, Two Arm Dumbbell Curls, Hammer Dumbbell Curls, One Arm Front Deltoid Dumbbell Raises, Machine Deltoid Military Presses, Standing Barbell Deltoid Presses Behind Head
for lower body
Leg Extensions, Leg Presses, Dumbbell Bench Squats, One Legged Cable Kickbacks, Seated Leg Curls, Hack Machine Calf Raises, Leg Press Machine Calf Press

so, do you think these are ok or too much for me as beginner???
is there any thing that I missed???

for the beganing I'll stick of course with the light weights then I'm gonn increase them to gain some muscle

I hate to say this Embarassed but I'm very skinny nerd 19 years boy who want to have a good-looking body.
I'm about 1.6 meter long and 55 kg
PLEASE HELP ME,

Put the rest days in between the workout days. 5 days in a row isn't the smart way to do it. Nice to see the initiative but take some breaks - work out every other day. Get some cardio in there, either on an off work out day or in conjunction with a weight day - you'll figure it out as it goes along.
