Don't buy protein bars, they suck, look at the sugar content and fat content, its rediculous. Buy some meat and eggs.

or if you go in a supps store, just buy some whey and maybe fish-oils to supplement your diet with essential nutriment (Proteins and healthy fats) ...

for the routine, the one you've made out from mine seemed good and you don't need to change every week so stick with it and you will have awesome results don't worry.

Thanks, can I alternate from week to week with yours and mine or I just use mine?

You mean stamina/endurance ? Weight training isn't the best for this, but with your 2 sessions of HIIT a week your heath will be in shape lol

No, I do HIIT sprints for staminia, I was talking about visible veins in the skin. You know any exercises or can you give me any tips to make my veins visible?

Vascularity is related to things like low bodyfat, Steroids etc etc.

You might get some increased Vascularity from using Nitric oxide products, but I don't rate them too much. You develop muscles from hard work and good food, not from Pumps, and anything you see advertised as giving you big pumps, killer pumps, explosive pumps etc etc, screw it.

Those sort of supplements are expensive, and / or often poor to crappy. Just don't expact a manufacturer to agree with me, especially if they're testing them on 200lb+ dudes.

Who am I to complain, if some big guy gets another 1lb of mass, huge pumps and a "feeling", for $60+ every 3 weeks?

His money, his lookout not mine Wink
