I didn't really understand your post, are you a cross country runner? Or do you just look like one?
Couple tips:
-For fat loss, do sprints, drink lots of water, and eat 30gs of healthy fats everyday.
-You are working your smallest muscles right now, bad idea. The two biggest muscles are your back and your legs so you're going to want to work those two before any other muscle, the other muscles will just follow suit.
-Doing little reps of a high weight does not necessarily mean your going to build muscle, your body does not need a big engine (muscles) if it is not lifting heavy stuff.
-Best way to lose fat is to eat food to build muscle.
-For a program, search your body is a barbell or the waterbury method by chad waterbury. |
