i was just wondering if doing the waterbury method(the method im doing now) helps you get a 6-pack which is something i really want. if it doesnt, should i incorporate an ab routine on the seventh day(off day) of the routine? and if so what should i do?
thanks for the help guys |

| the abs work harder to stabilse the sopine during big neavy deads, squats etc then any shit crunch does so all the heavy lifting from the waterbury method will do that |
