Diana, that is very impressive. I really want to hit the triple digits by the end of the year.
Swanso, what do you lift? |

| deadlifted 146kgs about a mth ago at 75kgs...i thought i was lighter, was aiming for double bodyweight and didn't know i'd added 2 - 3kgs of muscle over the last 12 weeks following one of the programs from eric cressey's 12 week off season training manual...could probably do 150 if thought the old back would like it....that was the first times i "maxed out" really but i was set for 2 x bw |

| yeah that's ridiculous...3.7 and counting (that was about 6mths ago too, probably longer) and he's only 28..imagine when he's late 30's like the other top lifters...ridiculous to even think about it really |

If you want it, you'll do it. DL numbers go up very fast, once you get the form down pat, don't be shy to add weight on the bar. IMO it's the easiest lift to get big numbers on. I only wish I could do it with my bench. |

Your still a little beast, even if you eat like a figure girl
Hey I found a PL club, start on Saturday, I'll be in the same federation as you I think. So it's either beginners Sheiko or A Dave Tate 9 week program, haven't decided yet.
They have a sled and farmers walk handles and all kinds of gear to try out, I'm stoked! |

Aww, don't be insecure in your masculinity.
You still beat my lifts by a mile (well, not a full mile, age and gender considered). |

I was EATING horses, I'm now eating like an horse and soon like a figure girl ... I'm sure your caloric intake will be par or higher than mine.

Well must give swanso a break lol. If he didn't told me first that my BB curl workout was totally bullscrap and that I should start lifting heavy and eating correctly I would still be 150lbs of flabby muscles and eating one meal a day consisting in bread and ketchup lol.
So he got more than all my respect |

| Yes, it's the QPF. I would like to compete in September, there are some comps coming up then apparently, but we'll see how it goes. I also started my cert program this week, for PT and nutrition. 2 days a week extra training with the cert. coach, plus one PL session and then my regular training days, which will be centered around PL. I've got 4 gyms to choose from now, north, centre-ville, west and east end (Hochelaga). Trying to save gas and time LOL. |
