Oh hon, we really have to work on the self esteem!
I'm sure no girls have tried to bench you, and if so, well that's just mean. If she lets you start, you have the right to finish.

But you are the functional trainer guy, I'm sure if it ever happens to you, you'll be after her for her program! What a great example of bench press carry over.

Yes, it's the QPF. I would like to compete in September, there are some comps coming up then apparently, but we'll see how it goes. I also started my cert program this week, for PT and nutrition. 2 days a week extra training with the cert. coach, plus one PL session and then my regular training days, which will be centered around PL. I've got 4 gyms to choose from now, north, centre-ville, west and east end (Hochelaga). Trying to save gas and time LOL.

Wow, really nice !

For the meet, do it if you have the opportunity and the time. If you miss that one, well there's another one for sure following it soon Wink

23h30 Still up ! Go rest, I want to see BIG numbers lol Smile

30 more minutes and my shift is done !

Did I tell you guys about my gym at my college? It is brand spanking new and that thing is like heaven on earth. So many benches, squat racks, dumbells, dip, chin, and pull up bars, it made me cry tears of joy to think that I will only see people using the dumbells for curls, squat rack for curls, bench, and maybe MAYBE use the dip and chin bars...

Maybe paint every other bench pink and hang pots of daises from every other set of dip bars.

LOL

I don't think in all my time on sites like this, I've ever seen a discussion become a bit bi-sexual before. It's funkier than a Sumo Wrestlers Armpit Wink Wink.

Now I think I know why Vamp has that name Razz.
